Hey I'm a lot a bit late to this thread. But I had this issue today and found a super quick fix. Download the video, then just change the files extension to a .mp4 format. Basically: Download the MS Stream video (.webm format). Navigate to the downloads folder in your PC. Right click the .webm file, then select the rename option.
